Make it move Vol.3

Make It Move is an ongoing collaboration series by 3rd Floor, where we partner with illustrators and designers, locally and globally. We select a piece of their existing work, and bring it to life through animation. Vol.3 sees us teaming up with Jay Gordon, one of the most versatile and respected illustrators in the industry, whose work spans editorial, packaging, poster design, and gaming. The piece we chose is "Thirst", a dystopian passion project set in a scorched-earth future, following a heroine navigating a Neo-Brutalist city of marauders to deliver water to a hidden greenhouse. Jay provided us with PSDs and a rough creative direction. From there, we storyboarded the narrative, filled in the missing pieces, and handled the full animation.
